Refunds will be issued as credits to your SMMPAD wallet, allowing you to place a replacement or new order if a paid service is not delivered as expected.
By completing a payment and having your wallet successfully credited, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. If your payment is not reflected in your wallet, please reach out to SMMPAD support, and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Filing a dispute or chargeback after a successful deposit will result in immediate suspension of your account. We reserve the right to cancel all future orders, revoke access to the platform, and remove any followers, likes, or other services previously delivered to your or your clients’ social media accounts.
If you place an order correctly and do not receive the service (please note: some services may be delayed due to server load or start count issues), contact SMMPAD support. If the service is confirmed as non-deliverable, a refund will be credited to your wallet.
Orders placed on private accounts or accounts that become lost, deleted, or inaccessible will not be eligible for refunds. Please confirm that all details are correct before placing an order. Refer to our FAQs for proper ordering guidelines.
Engaging in fraudulent activity, such as using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, will result in account termination and reporting to the Anti-Fraud Task Force.
⚠️ Important:
Do not use multiple servers for the same account/page simultaneously. Each order has a unique start and end count—placing overlapping orders can interfere with delivery accuracy and void the service.
No refill or refund will be issued if:
• The service link is broken
• The account/profile is deleted, deactivated, banned, or disabled
• The username is changed after placing the order
